This Privacy Policy explains what data the Estimator service (“the Service”) collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Data we collect

• Google account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier.
• Content you create — tasks, decompositions, hourly estimates, review percentages and related items you enter into the Service.
• Integration credentials — if you connect Redmine, we store the Redmine URL and your API token. The token is stored encrypted at rest.

2. How we use data

• To authenticate you and provide the core functionality of the Service.
• To store and display your estimates and generate shareable links.
• To connect to third-party systems (e.g. Redmine) at your request.

3. Sharing of estimates

When you enable sharing for a task, a unique link is generated. Anyone with that link can view the estimate without authentication. You can revoke a link at any time, after which it stops working.

4. Third parties

We use Google for authentication. When you enable the Redmine integration, data is exchanged with the Redmine instance you specify. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and content while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

Access to the Service requires Google authentication. Integration tokens are encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
