These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Estimator service (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Estimator helps you build task estimates: decomposition with hourly estimates, automatic review calculation, and sharing via a link. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
2. Accounts
Access requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access secure.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- You are responsible for the content you enter and for any data you share via links.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks and estimates you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process this content solely to provide the Service.
5. Integrations
If you connect third-party systems such as Redmine, your use of those systems is governed by their own terms. You are responsible for the credentials you provide.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Estimates produced are aids for planning and do not constitute a binding commitment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
